Former Treasury Secretary Lawrence Summers has his eye on the UK, Italy and Japan this week. “It’s an extraordinary thing they’re doing in Japan,” Summers said referring to their monetary policy. The Bank of Japan just boosted their bond purchases and is trying to cap upward pressure on yields. He speaks to David Westin on “Wall Street (This) Week.”
