Aug.08 — Starbucks might be brewing up a way to buy coffee with Bitcoin. The coffee company is partnering with Bakkt, a global commerce platform for digital currencies. Bakkt – created by one of the world’s biggest exchange operators, ICE, could be the key. Starbucks customers can’t pay using digital currency yet. For now, they have to exchange crypto for dollars first. But the deal could be a sign of wider adoption to come.
