Soccer Player Kills Referee Who Ejected Him

After the Argentinian soccer player ( unnamed ) reportedly pulled out a gun from the bag he was carrying and shot 48-year-old Cesar Flores in the head three times.

This whole incident started after the referee gave him a red card and ejected the player from the game. Walter Zarate, another player was injured as well according to The Guardian.

Police told the Efe news agency, “It all happened during the football match. We do not know [exactly where it took place], but it appears the player was more than angry, fetched a gun and killed him.”

This is not the only series of violent break outs Argentinian soccer has seen. A referee ordered five players to leave the field during the match between Boca Juniors and River Plate. An addition to them, Nine others were also booked during the game.
