Ronda Rousey evidentally took her lose to Holly Holmes a little bit more personal then we thought.
Speaking with Ellen DeGeneres inside of a startlingly somewhat insecure interview that broadcasted on air Monday, a somewhat emotional filled Rousey confessed to having thoughts of suicide from the moments following her tough loss at Ultimate fighting championship series 193 in November, the very first beat of her super star Mixed martial arts career.
“I was down in the corner [of the medical room], and I was like, ‘What am I anymore if I’m not this?’ I was literally sitting there and thinking about killing myself,” she said.
“In that exact second I’m like, ‘I’m nothing.’”
In Rousey’s darkest moment in time, as her entire world was hitting a downward spiral around her, the beaten-down previous champ looked to her sweetheart, fellow Mma star Travis Browne, for motivation.
“To be honest, I looked up and I saw my man Travis standing there and I looked up at him, and I was just like: ‘I need to have his babies. I need to stay alive.’”
